About

I'm a mom of four sporty kids, a cheer coach, and an unapologetic homemaker who loves my family, friends and community.

Most of my weeks are decided by a schedule I didn't write. Football, lacrosse, basketball, dance, cheer and tumbling, and one of those is always in season. I have three boys and a girl, one of them off at college now, and I have spent more hours on a sideline than I could possibly count.

I also coach and direct the cheer program at a small private classical school, which means Fridays in the fall belong to the girls and the field.

In the midst of all of that, my people still want dinner. The laundry doesn't care what time the game ends. And there are projects in my house right now that I would love an uninterrupted week to finish.

LiveWorthy is where I put it all. The weeknight dinners that actually work, the travel sports survival tips I've learned along the way, the home projects, the workouts that fit into the time I have, and the encouragement for the days that need it.

I love Jesus and my family fiercely, and that shows up here the way it shows up in my life.

My mood is usually directly tied to how clean my kitchen is. Clutter, be gone! But even in the noise and chaos, I try to find the joy.

Someone told me when my kids were little that everything is a phase. So whether you're thrilled with how things are going, or completely exhausted by the season, remember it will pass. One day you'll look up and it will be different- for better or worse.

So find joy where your feet are. Embrace the season you're in.

Not trying to live a perfect life, just a worthy one.

I'm really glad you're here.
